Enter as an active member What is an Active member?I am no longer building up benefits in The Abbott Laboratories Pension Fund (1966) - the Fund.
Enter as a deferred member What is a Deferred member?I am receiving my pension from The Abbott Laboratories Pension Fund (1966) - the Fund.
Enter as a pensioner member What is a Pensioner member?If you are currently employed by Abbott and are building up benefits in the Fund, you are an 'Active member'. If you're not sure whether or not you're building up benefits, check your payslip to see if you are paying pension contributions.
If you are no longer an employee at Abbott, but you have a pension in the scheme which has not yet come into payment, you are likely to be a 'Deferred member'.
You may also be a deferred member if you are currently employed by Abbott and have opted out of the Fund.
If you are currently receiving a pension from the Fund, you are a 'Pensioner member'.
